I pre ordered one from Capcom, but it says it's over 10" tall in the description. Weird.

Yes with base included.
And yes this was a laser scan* off my sculpt that Capcom did officially.
I have a meeting with Capcom at E3 this week if all goes well we will be producing our first prepainted statatue soon.

I figure it's too soon to ask, but is this the pre-painted line of statues you mentioned on Facebook ?
