Cross country skiing is great if you live in a small country.

Smart ass

It took me almost 2 years to find someone that can tailor 1:6 costumes.

Ive actually had his costume built 3 times by 3 different people. None made me happy.

I finally got in touch with one of Hot Toys costumers who is now doing all of our 1:6 costumes BUT as we are small potatoes its taking about 6 months to get each one done.

This one is finished and hoping we show production samples at Wondercon. Ive decided not to show any full pics of 1:6 figures until I have final production samples.

Haha! I am actually going to re-watch the Thing today to get pumped for this release. It's pretty awesome that you went out of your way to make sure the clothing is perfect for this figure.

So does this mean there will be more than one person in this line? Will you sculpt the "Thing" itself?

And is this same person going to help with the AWIL 1/6 pieces too?

We need a statue too from The Thing...there's an indie sculpt out there with MacReady holding a lantern and a snowy base...DROOOOOOL

This is the same costumer that just re-did Sons of Anarchy and is currently finishing Jack and David from AWIL.

He is very good...though very slow.

There will be two versions of MacReady. The regular figure and a giant box set...if you get my drift.

Unfortunately I will now go 'dark' on this figure until around March.

The 1:6 stuff is really hard to make and Im taking my time, not rushing it.
