It does not have the be the AC adapter, those are rarely the issue. I would put my money on the switch or wiring in the base if it still won't light. Either way I would invest in a small meter for these types of issues, that would tell you for sure.

If the adapter fails to fix the issue, the next step will be to test if the US black plug is outputting 5v. If it is outputting 5v, then like you said, it only leaves two other areas to look at - the push button switch and the wiring.

Plug adapter arrived today and Mileena lights up. I'm amazed!
..at the same time i cannot worked out why the step down converter failed to work?

..i'll take some pic later, as i decided to use one of my LED spotlights on Mileena.

PCS - Mileena 1/3

A work in progress. Mileena positioned on a solid black wooden platform. Today i got Mileena's base
plugged in and lit up. It works a treat. Also i constructed a black wooden frame to hold a directional
LED spotlight, designed to light up Mileena her self. All in all, things worked out as planned.

nice...good it was only an adapter thing and not something where you needed to tear through the base to get working.
