The collar is probably the worst / biggest error. I'm guessing the painter thought it was shading but it just looks all sorts of wrong in person.

Its a real shame because I just dont think the paint job let alone the molding / casting job on this piece does it justice (I've got custom pieces that came out better casting-wise than this did).

It's a shame that these figs have multiple problems (paint, finish, squeezed castings). The previews are completely misleading.
My 'level of acceptance' is higher than the quality that these statues have. It's all in the eye of the beholder I guess.

My Egghead maquette review is up.

https://youtu.be/8IY85vFv000

I'm still in the middle of replacing my floors, so each video I shoot I'm in another part of a tiny room. I also received a different light set from the one I recently purchased, so I had to send it back. Thus, I'm stuck using my old tungsten lights which are way too bright and so hot they burn away my soul. So I apologize for the unprofessional look of these review videos. I should be back to normal by the end of the month.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy. I talk a bit about Egghead the character and Vincent Price the actor. For those who can't stand my nattering, I put timestamps in the description to fast-track you to the soundless 4-1/2 minutes of pics.

If you like the video please give it a thumbs up and let me know in the comments section what works for you and/or what you'd like to see me change for the next video.

Don't forget to subscribe for a chance to win one of the Tweeterhead statues I'm giving away.

Oh, and if you like sleep aids and beautiful women, please consider checking out my friend Amanda's ASMR channel. She's kindness incarnate, and does an excellent job with her videos. If you're unfamiliar with ASMR, it's definitely strange at first take. But I'm sure having a beautiful woman whisper you to sleep can help smooth away any awkwardness and uncertainty. There are links for it in the description section at the bottom and at the end of the Egghead review.

Thank you in advance!

They're about to re-release the Newmar Catwoman. It'll have a black cat instead of a gold one.

And they're including the signature with the variant?! That makes it even worse that they're now offering a variant of their "Signature Series" line. LOL @ Tweeterhead. Reputations are a fragile thing.

Yeah, this doesn't come off that well. I can't remember if the original signature version was numbered. I'm pretty sure my normal isn't numbered. The original still is the one to get though as I believe the cat was gold in the show. And will probably be a better contrast compared to the black cat version.
