Something is seriously going on with Sideshow's customer service. The last two times I have tried to contact them by phone, no one answers. When I try to do an online chat, it just sits in the queue. I sent them an email about my statue's damage on Tuesday morning, but have heard nothing back. I guess I still have 30 minutes to get an email response within their window, or I am waiting basically a week. This is the type of CS I have come to expect from ARH, not a large company like Sideshow. Why has it become so hard to contact their customer service? I never had this problem until recently.

Holiday weekend. I always have a hard time reaching them before a holiday. Also, Elisse no longer works there and she was Super Human Sideshow Ninja.

Got mine..thankfully nothing looks damaged or had any noticeable issues..I was really worried when I opened the shipper and notice the art box was opened and the styrofoam weren't closely packed and not taped properly.im sure it wasnt opened by customs and I think I saw peeps post here as well they got in fhe same condition as well must have been sideshow but would they do such a sloppy job of packing them back

Just noticed all the custom bases you have, Purist! The Rogue and Gambit base is fabulous because it really helps Rogue's pose look less "posey".

Yes yes, and it saved me a bunch of space too! She's supposed to go with the villains in the other room but for now she stays in this display so I can contemplate her for a while :P

Hey guys,
Got my Dark Phoenix in today and wanted to get a second opinion on the following images:
 
It's a slight discoloration and I'm worried that it'll worsen over time. What are your thoughts on this?
