That would depend on what prior licensing agreements already exist. For example, Funko can't make non-bobble Pops of Marvel and Star Wars characters because of Hasbro's license. Crypto's vinyl figures tend to have very heavy heads...I don't think they'd last long with springs in them.

No, I decided to buy only Batgirl and Batwoman items when it comes to Funko and Cryptozoic. Otherwise, my place would be filled with that stuff.
