Yes and no,

The two large studio models from the first movie and second varied greatly in the details. The second being far more populated with "greeblies" or parts borrowed from tank and ship kits and it had lighted windows. The first film only had three engines and the docking bay lit and was much more sparse on "greeblies". We didn't see it up close much other then the opening sequence. The second film of course we got lots of up close shots.

This is something in between those two and some artistic interpretation taken on some of the fine details. So it doesnt really match perfectly anything on screen. Some areas are done very well others are clearly borrowed from some online diagrams.

Overall it is conveys well the subject.
