DC Mugshot Busts General Discussion
For a long while, it seemed like these were just concepts. However, HQ has appeared in shops as of Wednesday, 2017-02-15.

At first glance, it looks like the height chart is stuck to the busts' backs, but it's held in place by a notch in the base.

I don't believe that these are made by DC Direct/Collectibles, they are made by Cryptozoic Entertainment
