Neither have I and its been 7 days now. Figure I'll give them until the end of the week before I call to see what is going on. I want to ensure I am on this waitlist sooner rather than later as it looks to be a minimum 2-3 month wait based on comments here.

Who says you have to wait? Once the replacement heads are sent out you'll have the choice as to which to destroy and which to keep. So there is nothing to lose by attempting a repaint IMO.

Mike mentioned that they are backed up a bit right now and may be 5 to 8 days before we receive a response to our emails. Work days I guess.

I just got off the phone with them asking why I have not been contacted either...and with me it has been 9 days....was told that they appreciate my patience and someone will get back to me soon......So if I were you I would give them a call....good luck
