I mean the bill. Already written to both Audrey and Orders dept a week ago about it. I recall I bought Sub Zero Ex via transfer and at first when I asked them to confirm the transfer, a few weeks ago, they told me I didn't have it on my account, then I asked them to double check and they found it. I hope they have not lost it.

Did you ever get an email confirmation from PCS when you originally had it transferred over to you?

Few days ago, PCS said they will probably ship them on Friday.
Perhaps we will have a tracking number today ?

I remember for shao kahn i had to email them because they didnt send the tracking number, maybe pcs can chime in and advise to wait for that email or if we want the tracking to email them ?
