The light up in the picture is photoshopped, Sideshow and P1 do that sometimes in their promo pics.
If there was a light-up feature it would have been mentioned in the statues product description.

I hate when they do that. Like SSC's Darth Maul and Kylo Ren pics that made it totally look like the sabers lit up. It's pretty much false advertising except they cover their legal ass with the tiniest "pics do not reflect bla bla bla"

They're pretty clear what it includes and light up isn't mentioned. Also that pic is all sorts of photoshopped... If you got tricked by it ok, everyone's new one time. But seriously you can't tell me you saw that picture and thought it had light up. If you've been in the hobby even a little bit you should know what's up.
