Minor touchup help

What would it take for me to touch up these very tiny paint rubs that have the white resin showing through (caused by abrasive tissue paper)? Normally I'd just ship it to my brother, and be done with it But it's a heavy statue, and I can't imagine such tiny touchups would be difficult (I was a VA minor in college, so painting isn't completely foreign to me )

What would I need to do this? See attached photos. TIA for any help!

Well done SDguy!
I can't tell from the photo that there was any touch-up at all.

Does anyone know how I can fix this statue with touch up paint? In the pic you can see by Darth Mauls nose there is a line of black paint in the center with green arrows pointing to it should be painted red. How can I either remove the black or paint it over with red?

Also a little bit of red paint is by his right nostril. So how can I paint that black? Any advice is appreciated. I cant find any local artist that repairs or does touch ups on statues.

What are some methods I can do? What paints and brush should I get?

So wondering what you did, I have some similar repairs I need to make and I don't see any details on what you were able to do. Looks Great.
