You know you're getting old when you go car shopping for a Challenger, and..

.. drive off in a Sebring.

With that said, look what I picked up today:

Sorry to hear that CB, but I am sure you did that for all the right reasons at least.

Yeah, practicality and 8K off in the Chrysler fire sale. Plus I prefer 21 MPG city vs. 16 w/ the Hemi. AND the Challenger I looked at was 38K and the best they could do was 34. You gotta be kidding me!

Guess I'm showing my age when I go out looking for a throwback version of a ride I owned back in the day anyway.

Sux man.

Sounds like all the right reasons got in the way of you having the challenger

Thanks God I don't listen to myself when I start bringing up all the right reasons much to my girlfriends dismay

All the FU(KERS out here want MSRP or MORE for their Challengers, apparently because they're "rare and in demand".

Yeah, it's nuts, huh? That's pretty much what the dude told me. Said he didn't need to reduce the price cuz they were flying off the lot. Well, I know a pretty sweet cream colored one that didn't today.

I always considered "rare and in demand" to mean, for the most part, they're hard to find. Not, every Dodge dealer in the US has 3 or 4 of them sitting around for the past 4 months?
