And with you my friend. I was recently having a conversation with another Forum Brother over the phone approximately a week or so ago.

The conversation was about which PF DC Villains other then Batman Rogues are on our want to get list.

My buddies list was in this order

1 - Darkseid
2 - Ares
3 - Sinestro

My list was in this order

1 - Darkseid
2 - Doomsday
3 - Sinestro

However about 15 minutes of our conversation was focused towards the possibility of a Darkseid PF getting announced real soon.

damn that looks great, now to decide if I want to keep going with some of the JLA to display him with.... I figured I would be able to shake this one off and stay focused to batman and villains only but this is awesome

Sideshow if you're listening, please don't include a light-up feature. Leave that for toys. I still don't know why everyone wants a statue to light up every time it's debuted. The retail value plummets should the feature stop working and can't be easily repaired.

The teaser looks awesome by the way. Can't wait to see what the PROTOTYPE will look like.

AlizAbef makes a good point about light-up features.

This looks very promising. Darkseid is on my list of must-have DC villains.

yeah painted to look like a light up or plastic squiggles look far more realistic than real lighting.

I couldn't agree more. I never understood the fascination with light up features either. In fact, I'll state right now that if this piece has a light up feature it will not be in my collection. That's how much I dislike light up features.

I never said a light-up feature can't look good. GL is a great example of a great light-up feature.

But, there is absolutely no denying that if the light-up feature malfunctions down the road, the statue just lost significant value. I'd rather have painted eyes than eyes that are supposed to light up but don't anymore.
