If you look at a large print to see detail the painting has that scale mail as well. Kind of unusual but it is there.

What's odd on the statue is that it doesn't seem attached to anything, almost like its just draped over the mail. I suppose the color differences on the current pics make it look a bit weird as well.

I have tried to stay away from ARH products, I'm already stretched thin as it is with the orders I have. Death Dealer looks amazing, and so does the Viking I see in the background.

Damn you ARH, I had a sick feeling ONE of these peices would make me have to buy at some point.

Yeah I don't know why either.

May be the first ARH statue I buy. I used to have the Bowen from Dark Horse and have regretted it ever since.

DD is REALLY nice, but the Viking fits in better with what I like to display. The details on him are also AMAZING, I love all the stuff on his armor.
