Wow. Beautiful. I honestly think this is one of (if not the) best female sculpt I've seen from SS.

The detail in the shield and base is incredible. The sculpt is awesome. And I love the face.

Shame about the step up pose.

This was a tough choice......WW or Artemisia.......in the end GG won my pre-order. I really haven't been excited about a SS release in a long time, until this came out, WW just looks awesome.

When it comes down to it though, I just don't trust SS anymore. I don't believe they are a company concerned with quality. It's not even so much about the money, it's getting excited about a statue and having that experience tarnished by getting something so far from the artists proof it may as well been a whole different statue.

I hope I'm wrong, and maybe this ends up as a one of SS great pieces. I'm just not taking the risk when there's so much other stuff out there being produced by companies who seem to give a god damn about their products.
