Tamiya clear paints are good. May need to thin them a bit with tamiya thinner but not to much.

Some other paints have clear coats but tamiya is my fav.

You can also make custom transparent.
Createx makes a transparent base that is airbrush ready, just add color from any water based medium to it and go.
Check out Dixie art supply or coast airbrush.

Liquitex and createx has an airbrush medium which can be used with any color to make transparent, I have even used future floor shine as an airbrush medium to thin out a color for transparency, you can use dullcote or a matte clear to dull the paint later if a flat color is required.

Question What would you recommend as a primer for clear parts?

To extend this subject, what would you recommend as a paint primer for clear and/or translucent parts?

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

In connection to what Vince said,

tamiya is also my paint of choice. the only problem is that they do not have clear Pink.

paint primer?
just clear coat it then apply the clear paint.
if you too clear coat again then do so
