Ok guys, get this.....I called my Diamond rep and his "team leader" says they contacted GG about this and GG's statement was that there is NO substantial difference in what was solicited and what shipped to retailers....HAHA
This thing is deadweight on the retail market, so now Diamond is refusing to give me credit, and my buyer backed out on it when he saw it!
I am stuck with shipping costs and cost of the piece(POS). My rep did tell me to send in pics of the piece, to see if that would change things for me.
Thanks GG, great quality control...
I may stop ordering GG items for customers i have had to eat it on Qui Gonn, animated Leia breakages, Animated Fett breaks, and now Obi(methhead)Wan kenobi

Is it possible GG changed the likeness to avoid paying royaltys to Ewan McGregor? I remember when McFarlane Toys included a Terminator figure in with their Movie Maniacs line they changed Arnold's face just enough to avoid royaltys.

Doubtful since Lucasfilm owns the likeness. And it wasn't a problem with the Mini-bust.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Just like I said. GG don't don't give a shxx anymore. Let's wait and see the new diorama and bust releases and the quality on those should tell us something.
