Definitely some good stuff! Seems like a quick sell off to me and he/she is prob gonna lose money selling in a lot, but it doesn`t seem to be an issue for the seller.

With the market kind of low for Bowen`s, I`ll guess somewhere around $18k - $20k.

I'm not too far away from him, if someone wants me to pickup for them.

That is a nice collection. I live literally 20min from him so I asked if I could come see them he said yes. Apparently he has other statues he will be auction off soon also.

I have no doubt he has the statues for sale, but my understanding is that he was trying to sell these locally at first and had worked out a deal with another collector for $x amount but then stopped responding.

If the price is right, I may do the 12 hour drive (round trip) to get these.

I asked him about that. He does want to sell them locally but is open to shipping. So I asked him why not state that he basically said he's in training for a upcoming fight and rather just deal with a local person. It's best to get him early was his response. I will be going their late tonite to see. He's literally 20min me just over the Portland Bridge into Pa

I have see lots like this in the past go for about 60-70% of total value. That would give someone a opportunity to make several thousand on a flip -- but selling 60+ statues in a way that maximizes value can be time consuming at upwards of an hour per statue. Add in time to go get the items and a flip here could be 2 solid weeks of work. Still there is meat on the bone for a good deal here.

Shipping would be stupid expensive - maybe over $500? Heck might be close to a grand when you factor in packaging and insurance.

I definitely will be watching this auction.

What was it? I don't see anything on e-bay about that? Also get over there fast as the bid is over 5,000.
