Dude, there's not supposed to be a difference face wise. It's called the Japanese variant, because most of them were only released for sale in Japan.

The US version has Baby Doll holding her sword and scabbard with her gun holstered.
The Japanese version has her holding her sword with the scabbard as a separate accessory (loose) and her gun is drawn.
Both versions have an ES of 500 pieces but the US version is more popular and thus commands more on the secondary market.
