Well, I've not been collecting much lately cause I'm raising a new kid. Just checked up on my $1500 of Chronicle preorders from a year+ ago to find this news. I've got the raptor bust on order, and some other stuff that's over a year old. I've already long paid for everything. I contacted Partial.ly, but I'm betting there's no money left in Chronicle's account to refund. Do they work like Paypal where they'll refund it even if Chronicle isn't good for it? Or, am I probably just hosed at this point? Man is this gutting. I won't be getting the stuff and I lose $1500 that I really can't afford to just eat.

I took the advice of my friends and will try to get a refund.I contacted Patial.ly, we will see what happens.

Really not happy about this. I was so excited for the Jareth piece. They should have long delivered on it. But their huge delays really !@$×#ed everyone over.
Where did all the money go? Their prices werent cheap and they had payments coming in. I just dont get it.
I think their email blaming COVID was dumb, when it really came down to them being stupid cowards.

Fortunately I already received all my refunds via Partial.ly in my creditcard account. I surely hope everybody will get their money back as well.

I did the payment plan through Chronicle for the 1:1 LW Raptor and it's been paid off for a long time. Am I f'd out of $1k?

I try not to preorder more than 6 months out due to these types of issues but with every one getting massive delays its still putting them out well over a year giving time for these types of issues. I think from now on that I won’t preorder until item is just a month or two out and they confirm it’s on time. Even then don’t think I will be paying up front. This is crazy and happens to much. Only takes one burn this big to really hurt.

For now, yes. They aren't responding to refunds.

I reached out to my bank yesterday, and they opened a dispute for me.

Well, im ----ed cause neither partial.ly nor my bank can refund me. Only CC can and i don't expect anything feom them. 1,100 lost.
