Let me explain again, maybe I wasn't clear, sorry. I bought the P1 triceratops through CC but now they messed up. I really was looking foward for it so im thinking of buying it from P1 directly and hope CC refunds my money soon. Hope it's clearer.

Well - to add more speculation to the bankruptcy / selling of assets / restructuring of the company - I saw these in the latest Profiles in History Auction for November (https://profilesinhistory.com/auctio...d-auction-120/).
Especially the last sentence on the Fossil description - "Item located in the state of Texas and special shipping arrangements will apply."

Those are definitely from his collection. I got to walk through the little "museum" connected to the Chronicle offices when I picked up my T-800 several years ago and specifically remember quite a few of those pieces being there.

I always thought the fossil was a Paul passion project and once he was gone then it was forgotten about. Except for the we will still take your money part.

I have several items via that payment method but no refund !
I would rather receive my paid items but refund would work!

I will not be holding my breath for any response from Chronicle. At this point, I won't be rebuying anything I've already ordered. I'm washing my hands of the whole thing. I think I'll be returning to unlicensed fan creations for a while.
