This looks nice! But I'm starting to get tired of this one leg up pose.

It would've been nice if the legs were both on the ground in a dramatic wide stance ...like this custom.

Gotta admit, tho. The sculpt on the XM version is nicer than this custom. The XM version has nicer & finer details ...like the abs, thighs, boots and yea, the trench coat.

I'm with you AC, but I think we are tired of it more because other companies overkilled the pose before XM came along. At least it's not on every statue (yet).....Magneto and Dark Phoenix have to feet on the ground. I'm hoping that if/when Rogue is done, she will have both feet down with a powerful stance ala SS' Ms. Marvel.

Why would his abs be smooth? In comics (and cartoon) they are defined like this statue.

I agree the coat could be smooth to give a less chaotic look to the piece, but it's not too bad.

I'm talking about the texture on the abs not the musculature.

Really loving the portrait on this one. Everyone seems to mess up his sly grin, but this looks amazing. I own the SS one and gambit is my favorite character, so I may have to pick this one up down the line and break my rule about multiple statues of the same character.

I'd like to make a formal complaint that the cards he is throwing are inaccurate to a standard 52 card deck. There is no Ace of Clubs, yet two Ace of Spades. I believe that this demonstrates that Gambit is cheating at cards and cheating not a good message to send to children.

Does it help if you think of it as a one leg down pose instead?

Nope. Your kung fu is ineffective.
