I'm pretty sure with this giant disaster with shipping, you won't have to really make a case. As far as I know, the second a piece is delayed off its initial ship date, you are eligible to get a refund or transfer.

I still don't get how this all started so recently. I realize some of te ES are larger, but even just last year before this all started, I would get a piece delayed here or there, but once they started shipping, they ALL shipped.
This staggered release is getting out of hand. After I get my Wonder Woman and Catwoman I must seriously consider not ordering from SS again.
I really want Batwoman (that is the only upcoming one I have wanted), but gotta draw the line somewhere.

IMO, I think SS is making way to many statues and can't keep up. It seems like Pre-Orders to Actual release are starting to average in the 12-18 month range...
