Yeah, I emailed ECC and then Cinemaquette directly to see how to go about buying one. Turns out they don't ship directly unfortunately so I'll have to rely on local stores. I also asked when to expect it and received that reply.

You're welcome. And yeah, they will probably be the best option I think but always pays to look around.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Do we know the price yet? I know there was speculation that it would be $399. Anything officially confirmed?

I'm kind of indifferent about this piece. I think they should stick to known monsters. Once you get into random generic aliens, I think I'm out. I mean, why don't they do a 1:1 lifesize hulk bust (based on the movie version), 1:1 thanos; 1:1 groot with raccoon on his shoulder; a detailed terminator Arnold battle damaged bust, some of the creatures from bram stokers Dracula, the light creature alien from the abyss, or some of the lord of the rings villains (Lurtz, Witchking). Avatar would be a neat movie to do some creature maquettes from. Just check out GK Asylum's collection for some ideas. I mean there is no shortage of monsters they could cover.
