The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I guess it includes Street Fighter characters (..or any Capcom character) also.
Funko Pop appear to have the same licence, and are/have creating/created Chun-Li vs Captain Marvel

I would be stoked if PCS did a Storm. It would be the only time I'd get the silver Lee suit.

My Sorceress ended up having that issue so she went back. Maybe they are better now? She-ra hasn't cracked yet

It's only Marvel..now they can use the Marvel characters from Marvel VS. Capcom. I'm really wanting that Spider-Man from the new game and hopefully they make a Black Cat as well.

It's just funny to me how these licenses work. I mean everyone always says Sideshow has the Marvel license on lockdown, but PCS can make them because it's "technically" a video game license and not Marvel? I mean come on now.

Maybe P1 just doesn't want to make Marvel characters or something because this seemed like an "in" for them. And it's not like the costumes in games like Marvel vs Capcom are wildly different from the source material as in games like Injustice, they tend to be pretty comic accurate. Not to mention that P1 seems to be pretty willing to get into video game licenses.

I might by wrong in thinking this, but.. Sideshow & PCS seem connected these days. This might have helped in some way?

I was thinking the same when I saw this announcement. And I wonder if they would be allowed to do older games as I only liked MvC2 and earlier.

Scales matter. Sideshow mainly produces 1/4 Marvel, while PCS is doing Marvel in 1/3 and 1/12.
Sideshow's 1/4 may be the only exclusive NA license.

Also the licensors can do whatever they want. If they don't want to step on Sideshow's toes for 1/4 but don't mind for other scales that is up to them. Marvel is going to go with whatever agreements will most benefit their bottom line.
