Question about this piece

I got this Thor piece by Ryan Stegman. I'm not sure if the whole thing is hand drawn. I know for sure that he inked it. I wonder if he originally drew it digitally or on another piece of paper, then photocopied it. Any help in determining whether this is totally original would be appreciated.

Take an eraser and try removing some of the blue line. If it's pencil, it'll erase. If it's just a print out which was inked, you won't be able to erase it.

Thanks! I just took an eraser to it and the lines did not erase. Too bad. I still like it though, just hope I didn't over pay! What would be a fair price?

I don't know anything about the artist, so I couldn't tell you what a "fair" price is. I went through the same thing with a piece I won at the Heroes Con art auction in June. I won a "Blue Line Penciled/Inked" Colossus piece which turned out to be an inked blue line print out (just like yours) of a commission someone on this very forum purchased from the artist last year! Needless to say, I well overpaid for the piece regardless (figuring the money was going to a good cause), but being as it's not even what I thought it was, I don't care for the piece anymore.
