Zangief was such a tiny run to begin with--I wonder if Jerry thinks a new Zangief wouldn't sell since the first release was so conservative?

The E.Honda that was announced is in the same line as the new Ryu right? I want to build a world warrior collection but just got the Ryu revisit on order.

Yes, they are both 1:4 mixed media. The revisits (Ryu is the first) will differ slightly from the original line-up's bases, and the statues are supposedly more "realistic", but that really only amounts to the head.

Is it about 5-6 years after the release of a character that PCS will do a revisit?
I'm able to get a dhalsim but I don't think it would match the Ryu revisit cos of the normal black base.

The revisits have just started, and I doubt there is any definitive rule. Likely choices are just those characters Jerry deems worthwhile to redo, as well as factoring in their sales potential.
Dhalsim is an anomaly because of his black smoke/flame base. Otherwise, the revisit bases are all just subtly different from the original line. I think they will fit together just fine.
