Regarding Oro, I'd wager Capcom just gave Jerry definitive guidelines for him since he hasn't been portrayed much. I wouldn't read into it.

Ultra line has got to be either 1/4 action or the action figures. And since he said no mixed-media, if it is the 1/4 action...obviously it's fully sculpted.
