StatueForum should have a Top 100 Chart dedicated to eye issues. The concept might include a single image of the portrait in questions, next to which there is a basic 1/5 vote system (5 being the most lousy). Along with the image would be the name of the piece and the company responsible.

I think you'll be fine. My replacement arrives tomorrow. So more than likely they'll use their in-house team to remove and replace the decals on portraits they can recover, and the rest will be a fresh production. I've had a head sculpt replacement before and I could tell they did it in house. It looked like a prototype paint job it was so damn good.
