Really nice detail, how that it all comes through on the final. Looks like proper sand and worn/broken rock.

I don't see why this one is the same price or more than the 1:2 Mark 7. Are they about the same size?

Yes, it is 80cm tall excl base, and wider than MK7. It contains at least 12 LED light.

Based on PO price (same currency rate) in my country, it is about USD 100 lower than MK7.

If you compare MK42, MK17, it is more expensive. Bare in mind, the cost in China has raised dramatically. China every year.
