Then how does F4F do that? They dont increase the price for US customers in compare to EU or Asia buyers. Even if a warehouse is not possible for PCS, how about sending the PCS direct orders via existing distributors (like PBM Express for EU).

Because F4F is European ... You are right, years ago, I remember from SideS I bought statues for the same price but they suddenly stopped ... certainly the reason...
I think if sales are really good and increasing, company will offer duties to customers... but its risky they can loose money

Gaming Heads has international warehouses, too, and they don't charge extra. Its always the same price regardless the region you are ordering from.

Yes, it does. But I said "revisited in some fashion"... 
Since 2007 1:4 Akuma, we've gotten a diorama, bust, 1:3...even Oni, if you want to count him.
Guile...nothing.
Of course I would like all the pre-Sagat MM character to be revisited in MM again.
