We were strung along for over a year and then when someone asked for an update the reply was so condescending and dismissive that my jaw dropped.

It is the post that ruined Chronicle for me.

I am not one to hang on to grudges and anger, so once Thulsa Doom is on my shelf I will drop it and never mention Chronicle again. Until then I have no better way to spend my time waiting....

Not sure they did, probably just me.

May also have something to do with the way this entire release has been handled since it's orginal release date back in July 2018.

How many times were we told this is delayed a bit so they can make it absolutely perfect?

It's not just the dismissive comment that bothers me. It is the way the entire thing has been handled as I have already stated.

That "quick tip" was just the straw that broke the camel's back. (or is it punched the camel's face?) either way....

A delay from a manufacturer of non technical products for over 1 year for 100 units (most of which are probably paid in full) in ANY other type of business would be 100% unacceptable. Period.

I think they have not started manufacturing process yet.may be they will announce preorders every two weeks so to start the manufacture.i fear for a rushed product . slowly I am losing interest in this statue.only for that damn snake base I am hanging on
