Yea, I was digging through info on the web after I posted. There are some serious complaints about them not meeting pre-orders and not refunding on top of that when its Paypal. I am guessing credit card would be ok?

Aah, the dilemma.......

I can vouch for them being good with PayPal refunds. Iíve canceled some preorders just so I can apply a larger discount coupon. Am 3 for 3 for my refunds so far.

Oh ok, thank you so much! This puts my mind at ease!

I know it probably sounds like I am being overly cautious, but I have this anxiety every-time I start to use a new place to order.

Glad I could help. Oh and just to further out your mind at ease....

Got my Marvel Premier Lady Deadpool statue from them in an oversized box. Granted there was little padding but the box and item arrived undamaged. Canceled my initial order because forgot to apply my discount. Reordered and got it for a cool deal with the 15% discount. It took maybe 4 days for the refund to get credited to my account but there was no hiccup whatsoever.

My Koto Domino is on the way from HLJ - she should arrive next Tuesday or Wednesday, so hopefully I will have pics by next weekend...

As promised, here are shots of Domino - she has a fantastic gloss finish, and I really love the sculpt... This is a quintessential Kotobukiya Marvel piece, executed perfectly - no complaints here

Thanks for sharing the photos desertdragon ! Figure looks great. Just wondering, are the guns removable? I am asking because the gun grip on her left seems a bit too high.

I just received mine today and can confirm the guns are not attached to her hands, they can be adjusted slightly in her grip so can probably be removed if you really wanted to.. would need to be very careful of her fingers though if you did.

Also to anyone on the fence or worried they might regret it- she looks awesome in person, I was kinda having second thoughts until getting her out the box!
