I assume that's Black Widow considering the likeness to ScarJo. No idea why she looks that way.

Yup.... I watched an interview with Josh Brolin and he intentionally or not basically said Thanos doesn't even get all of the gems in this movie. Meaning he will be back for the next, more than likely with a full gauntlet (because it would be REALLY weird for him to not at some point have the full gauntlet). And I would be willing to bet money Avengers 4 has Thanos in full armour + full gauntlet.

Black Widow is the only big name missing from the poster so it would be her, yes.
Does this mean Black Widow in the comics will soon have white hair too?

Reads to me like he might start off with armor and lose it as he gathers the gems. Hoping for full armor for the final battle at least.

Between Russo and Brolin it sounds like they are really giving Thanos a lot of depth. Which is so exciting to me because as a life long fan of the character there is a lot of complexity to him in the comics instead of just being a powerful goon. I'm not going to get too hung up on his costume. I'm just going to be thankful to be alive in a time I get to see my favourite character as a main focus on the big screen.

On Black Widow and Steve's image changes, They've probably been in hiding following Civil War, so it makes sense they would change their looks a bit.
