SDCC 2016 - Interest waning?
Was a little surprised to see there wasn't already a discussion for this year's San Diego Comic-Con. Is interest around here waning?

For me, yes. I actually like to hang out outside more than inside the convention. I got my tix by the way

Yeah, while the convention itself certainly has it's appeal it's the atmosphere SDCC brings to the city that I think I like the most. Everyone in town is excited about the same thing.
Somehow managed to secure a few 4-day badges with preview night. Something I haven't been able to do in years.

Not going this year but would like to make the trip at least once. IS there a recommended way to score tickets? I have heard it keeps getting harder to get them each year.

gotta have multiple friends to try and log in during ordering. It is random selection. And only 4 people are allowed to be added in once selected

They reduced it to 3 this year.

I'll be there for my 7th or 10th time. Missed last year due to our 25th anniversary trip to Bora Bora, so stoked to get back this year!

Is it even possible to get multiple day tickets? Didn't they start selling one day tickets only.

The preview night option seemed to be the only one that included all 4 days. I tried just getting preview night plus Thursday through Saturday, but it forced me to get Sunday if I had preview night highlighted. Any other combination (including Thurs - Sun) could be purchased individually.
