I`m guessing its permanently attatched to the mannequin head display stand, but it may by removable and therefor wearable if so desired.

I have to get this.

These pictures from MR look pretty bad. It will look better for sure.

Now, will dealers be selling this or is it a MR exclusive site piece?

Yes, MR need better quality pictures on their site.

As far as I know it will be available through dealers.
