yeah it was awesome when kira was on here, worries and speculation put to rest, things clarified, future projects teased... those were the good ol' days. then that shaw guy gave us all a glimmer of hope then he was gone as quick as he arrived lol

btw i CANT WAIT for batman who laughs, it will be my last 1/3 scale piece - ending on a high note

There's going to be a Batman B&W version of that as well. Probably some 1/6 scale versions as well.

The previously mentioned things sure did not help them in their piggyback riding on the Marvel license. I'm pretty confident in my sources, so I'm sure it has something to do with the delays.

Also had a P1 exec confirm the N52 directly, so pretty sure about that too

That being said, I'm still hoping they can put something Marvel related out in the coming year, as I'm in need of a good carnage.

Do we still know if P1 is intending to do any LOTR pieces? If so, was this a 1/3 or 1/4 scale license? I haven't read or seen a thing.

If there is an issue with Sideshow, they should just get a Marvel License that excludes NA.

I know it sucks for the fans in the US but at least we get to see some new Marvel product from P1.

I wonder when Sideshow's license expires, surely Disney won't give them an exclusive license again?

Problem is that XM has the license for Asia and EU in 1/4th scale as well, so they'd have to be willing as well/not defend there cas for Disney? Guess we'll have to wait this one out and see what will happen.

Would be great to have someone of either company chime in and tell us what is going on, but don't ever see that happening.
