I have Dark Phoenix on order too and I never got an email stating it was delayed. As far as I know if you aren't on flex pay you don't get notified until the item is in stock and ready to ship. Maybe they don't notify you unless the delay is significant. 1 month isn't a delay in statue collecting. That's normal. I only know what I said because I spoke to sideshow today and asked.
If you need more info I suggest you contact them.

Well ...I did get an email from SSC for the Angela EX when it got delayed ...and I'm on full pay for that.

And I also got an email from SSC for the Wolverine vs Hulk Maquette when it's release was moved closer. I'm on full pay for that too.

Perhaps SSC just dropped the ball with the DP delay.

Everyone got the email for hulk vs wolvie when they pushed the date forward.
How long was the delay for Angela?

Here's what they emailed:
