Smash Brothers will be incredible. I played the crap out of the GC version when it came out, and got every trophy in the game. Hopefully they'll bring the trophy/slot machine back, as it really added A LOT of depth. It was hard getting some of the trophies, but fun at the same time.

I like the Wii a hell of allot more now that I saw they have a classic controller available. I always loved Nintendo's systems. The 8 bit and N64 systems were F'n classic.

That controller is the dumbest thing ever. That's what turned me off about the Wii but today I saw they have a normal controller available.

I still have all the systems, and all the games I got for them

The whole point of the conroller is that you dont have to be that dexterious.
The old controller is really only for the old nes, snes, n64, genesis games that you can download onto the wii.
the wii-mote is what you'll be using for all of the wii games.

Pretty much took the words out of my fingertips.

Having the ability to use your movement rather then hand to eye coordination that comes with button smashing is a huge difference. Just play Wii Sports and you'll be hooked. It's really not that hard.

The classic controller is like Melike said, to be used with all the old games you'll be able to download.
Stuff from NES,SNES, N64, Sega, Turbo Graphix and such will be able to be played.

Also you can just plug in your old Gamecube controllers into the system and play the games like that or Cube games as well.

But don't call it stupid, G. It's incredibly fun. I mean just playing with Zelda you can just chill and on the couch and not have your hands on your lap cause of it being attached. I was skeptical about the controller not because of how it handled but just cause of the look. Now I'm in love with it. I love the Wii as much as an iPod hah.

Rick, just get Zelda for the Gamecube when it comes out December 13th. It doesn't use the new fancy controller and it should look exactly the same graphically.

Well I change my mind again – The Wii sucks again. I would have to play at someone’s house before I would consider buying. I can’t picture playing Madden with that stupid controller. What they did was ballsy and smart because they are offering something different versus trying to make a more powerful machine. Nintendo has always been about the games, no gimmicks. I give them credit for what they did but I personally don’t like it. I’m very curious and I want to play it now but I’m not curious enough to buy it without playing it.
