Where to hire a sculptor to commission a statue

I am not sure if I am in the right place to post but would anyone out there know Where to hire a sculptor to commission a statue.

I am trying to commission either 1/6 scale or a 14 inches tall statue of Jesse Dart from Starzinger.

Has anyone on the board hired a sculptor from Canada? This would save me alot in shipping and duty.
If you know of any sculptors in Canada, please let me know

Not that there arent talented artists in Canada, but getting a commission piece isnt one you want to scrimp on. You want to make sure the sculptor can do your style and your character.
