Really wish i hadn't missed out on that but i was hesitant as it seemed most of wetas statues at least for LOTR were quite lacking in sculpt and paint. Some seemed like big hunks of plastic painted by a 10 year old. I hope this dosent fall under that reign.

The weta statues have improved for the Hobbit compared to the older LOTR pieces. They were good too but not as good as this new Hobbit line. Just stunning for what they are. I can't say anything negative about them. Many however wish they were bigger in scale or cheaper in price. When in hand photos come in and more and more see this Azog piece in hand, many will be kicking themselves for not getting one
