It's a good thing I'm not just going for the comic guests.

Should be fun. It will be my first time at the cocktail party.

I did Platinum at Oz Comic-Con the year Stan Lee came, and I've done VIP at the smaller Red Dwarf convention earlier in the year but this is the first time at Armageddon Expo.

I had a great time at Armageddon this year, even though the heat was almost too much.

A few commissions I had organised prior to the con (links below):

A few days before the con I emailed Colin Wilson about doing a second Judge Dredd commission for me and he was happy to do so. Colin is just a champ, he puts so much into every piece he does and it's really one of those times when you feel privileged to receive such a brilliant piece.

Second commission I got was from Chris McQuinlan. I had this idea of Rocket Raccoon digging through a trash can and being caught by Star Lord. It then evolved into a full GOTG piece. Love the way it turned out, it's so much fun.

Looking forward to Supanova next month where i'll pick up my John Higgins commission.

Really enjoyed the Colin Wilson Judge Dredd piece (and I commented at your CAF gallery ). Congrats on some great pick-ups!
