EFX Vader Limited Edtion
Per EFX's website, it was posted on Sept 9th that, "the second container of Darth Vader - Limited Edition helmets is sheduled to depart Hong Kong on Sept. 10." Hopefully, this means that we will have our buckets in the next few weeks.

Anyone know where to reach a representative from efx? No one is answering the general email over there.

Good luck guys efx website,customer service etc suck.Try The RPF you might find your answers there.

So is generally just a hassle to preorder and deal with EFX? It seems to me that it's just horror story after horror story with well above average delays, problems with customer service, etc.

Dude you have no idea.Some people have been waiting on the TIE fighter that was for pre-order since 2010,Two years and still nothing also the X-wing helmet had issues and some could not get ahold of efx to get a replacement and were still needing help months after they got there helmet.

thanks for the tip, sounds like a really shoddy operation. I don't get how companies like these can even get the license for the product. I heard a rumor that they were going to tackle slave 1, but realistically, that would be years and years down the road. bummer. Thanks again!

I dont know your age but if efx does come out with Slave 1,you will be an old man with grandkids lol.Oh and for all you who ordered the Vader check your helmets as there has been lots of problems with the dome etc..
