Neither of those Hasbro toys is accurate to the comic version. They should just use the paint they used for Silver Surfer (or maybe one shade lighter).

I wonder how long we have to wait to get an actual glimpse of this?

SDCC 2021? Maybe NYCC 2021? Heck maybe not till 12 days 2021? Lol no in all reality hopefully soon! You would think they would want to get pre-orders going as soon as possible and they need to show it off first.

I've always taken the silver in the suit to be dark, like a shiny gunmetal. So, black isn't that far off. Maybe it was supposed to always be a shiny black as opposed to her more matte black (original suit)?
For the record, I would prefer any silver over white. Gunmetal would be aces!

The Captain Marvel Avengers Assemble was a silhouette in 12 days last year, then revealed fully at the end of May
Given we don’t have many full reveals and mostly banners this year, I would think Storm may be slightly earlier but then it’s also feasible COVID could lengthen our wait
At least we know she’s happening, that’s all I can say!

Ugh that's depressing if it's May lol.
And also too, others can chime in, but I believe there have been 12 day "reveals" that were teased but never actually shown or released if I'm not mistaken.
I'm sure Storm is not one of those given how popular X-Men characters are, but you never know I guess.

Yes like Witcher 3 teased last year and never shown or Cyberpunk teased last year not shown and even cancelled.

I was expecting until maybe late March, but ya if covid still affecting the factories, then yep that's what i'm expecting. Have a friend who thinks she may ship by end of year, I have a feeling it won't ship till Late Q1-Q2 2022.
I want to be optimistic and say she will show in Q1, but I also want to say be prepared for the long haul road to SDCC 2021. On one bright side you know she's coming so you have time to save.

I just need to be able to order the damn statue before my points expire. After that, I don't care when it shows up. My birthday is in the beginning of May, so I sure hope it's before then.

If Mark Newman is sculptor, i am assuming he works in clay only. Sometimes, for one reason or another, clay pieces can have more going for them than 3D computer sculpted pieces.
