I'm not sure that this was answered on this thread but I just wanted to make sure and ask....

I sent an email on 3/26/17 asking about my preorder of POISON Mad Gear Exclusive but have not received an answer as of yet. So I decide to ask here instead..

I just wanted to know if my preorder was received?
Since I have not received any confirmation from PCS, only the receipt from PayPal showing payment paid to PCS.

if you could let me know, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm very sorry for this delay. It seems there was a problem with your case. I've re-opened it and left a note for accounting. Refunds will be processed after Wondercon this weekend. Thank you for your patience thus far and I'm so sorry about this error.
