When did it come out?

And why the long wait to release a new one after Contra 3? Didnt that one come out in the early 90s with the Super NES?

Just came out like 2 weeks ago. Not sure what took them so long but this one is in celebration on the 20th Anniversary. It's a complete throwback but updated in all the right ways. Tons of stuff to unlock, too, including the original Contra games.

I really want to play this, but I won't be getting this sometime after the new year. I have too many games to finish. I still haven't finished Zelda and the Phantom Hourglass.
