My nephews love these guys. Are they done because Hasbro has the license?

Are you talking about the small kid-friendly versions of the heroes? They were made by Toybiz so they are gone since Hasbro has the Marvel stuff.

Have not seen them in well over a year. However, check out DC's line which is very similar and features the major characters.
