Alien vs Predator: Big Chap or Classic Predator?

The setting is present day San Francisco. A tiny predator ship crashed into the bay late one night. The containment's of the ship were an alien egg and a simple classic predator ( from the first film).The egg has washed up land and opened, a face hugger finds a host and and the hunt begins. The chestburster has matured into an adult drone xenomorph (the alien from the first movie). The predator must find and kill the alien. Their whole playground is now the city of SF. 1 on 1 who would win?

If the Predator kept to a distance, I'd think he'd win with minimal effort.

Close range, it's anyone's game. I forget if the Aliens can see cloaked Predators or not.

1 alien vs 1 predator the pred should win 99% of the time, the strength of the aliens is numbers or stealth which is something they probably won't have over a pred
