Unless you have a mansion or endless safe storage, it's inevitable. Out with the old, in with the new, right? But, there are always those exceptions of pieces which you'll never let go.

LOL...they're all flippers...

if they don't want to be flippers, then one can prove it to me by selling their grail for retail price. I highly doubt someone be willing to sell me their Dr. Doom PF for $300.

I am sick of all these flippers. The real collectors miss out on the likes of Ryu and Akuma.

I must have had my head in the clouds when they came out but only discovered this forum late last year after discovering there's more to life than gentle giant.

I can't afford those silly prices for Ryu and Akuma. But then I hate having a collection which is half complete

I wasn't so lucky. Passed on the Guile EX, the regular is my choice!

Got an email from Sideshow a while back saying that they don't think a Mech 'Geif will be available for me. Can't remember if they said they'd take me off the Wait List. Gonna check...

Ryu been Akuma's son has been hinted everywhere from the games. comics and the Animated movies espexcially with the whole Dark Hadou thing. But the obvious reason this flipper has it on the title is to get more exposure.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I don't think anyone will buy that thing. Ryu can't be worth THAT much.

Here's a slightly cheaper Ryu.

I'd keep hope alive if I were hunting for Ryu. Sometimes you get lucky and get people who are willing to help others out. That's how I got my Evil Ryu for $325 a couple of months ago.

Again another over priced Ryu and the seller will not post outside the US.

If anybody is selling one at a more realistic price let me know, I don't care if the box is tatty or comes with no coa as long as the statue is mint as I am no flipper just a real collector

The run for these statues are to small.

Lemonman6 you was very very lucky with that evil ryu for $325
